Ailment Treated : The leaves are astrigent, aromatic, analgestic, anti-inflammatory and styptic. Boiled the plant extract & used as ear-drop in ear-ache. Fruits are diuretic, tonic, carminative, emollient, constipating, antipyretic and expectorant. Leaf paste is good for allergic inflammation.
